Our Story
It all started in a small Los Angeles studio apartment in 2006. As a gift for his girlfriend, founder Peter Santora hand-made a set of drinking glasses by shaping molten glass. She loved the uniqueness of the glasses and displayed them prominently in her home.
Friends who visited were enamored by the glasses and asked Peter if he could make similar sets for them. The demand grew exponentially, and within months, orders were coming in faster than Peter could keep up. He recruited help from other local artisans, and Circleware® was born.
The fledgling company attracted the attention of celebrity clients and was soon providing glassware to high-profile restaurants, hotels, and theaters. As demand increased, Peter focused on developing new styles, techniques, and materials to accommodate a wider range of uses.
Today, Circleware® operates a 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in California and sells products worldwide. But quality craftsmanship remains at the core of our brand. Each glass is individually shaped by master artisans using a unique heated spinning process.

Our Process
Producing Circleware® glassware is a complex process requiring artistry and precision:
1. Design
Our in-house design team sketches concepts based on the latest trends and consumer needs. We carefully tailor each piece to enhance specific drinks, from tapered champagne flutes to curved beer mugs.
2. Mold Making
We transform the sketches into metal molds that shape the molten glass. Molds are hand-carved and can contain hundreds of indentations to impart texture and patterns onto the glass.
3. Glassmaking
Molten glass is hand-spun inside the mold at temperatures over 2000°F. Master glassmakers blow and shape the glass using centuries-old techniques.
4. Annealing
Finished pieces undergo a gradual cooling process to relieve internal stresses that could cause breakage. Annealing can take several hours or days depending on the glass thickness.
5. Inspection
Each piece must pass a stringent multi-point quality inspection before leaving our factory. Any imperfections result in the glass being discarded or recycled.
6. Finishing
Glasses are polished and fire-polished for extra clarity and brilliance. Additional decorative touches like cut designs or colored stems are added.
7. Packaging
